iGov's certified and accredited professionals adhere to industry project management standards. Performing in accordance with PMP, PMBOK, ITIL, and other industry standards ensures cost-effective delivery of complex IT solutions.
The COC is used throughout the Marine Air-Ground Task Force to support USMC commanders at every echelon with a common, integrated, modular, scalable, and mission tailorable C2 system. The COC’s integrated hardware and software solution interfaces to other USMC assets, enabling USMC, Joint, and Coalition commanders to have accurate situational awareness for timely C2 decisions.
iGov's three fielded COC system variants, illustrated below, consist of computer hardware, software, & peripherals, networking & communications capabilities, and physical facilities & infrastructure such as shelter liners and cable protectors.

The TACLAN Family of Systems (FoS) is a collection of mobile, modular network infrastructure packages that support the information exchange among commanders, operators, and support personnel through Special Operations Forces (SOF) core activities and mission sets. iGov's FoS supports a range of users from the small team level through the Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) / Special Operations Joint Task Force (SOJTF) Headquarters level. Each package provides functions such as C2, intelligence analysis and reporting, office automation, decision making, mission analysis, planning, rehearsal, and execution support.
iGov's TACLAN enables SOF to overcome capability gaps by providing the technology, flexibility, and agility to improve knowledge management and information sharing. TACLAN is both scalable and modular, providing the network resources to support the tip-of-the-spear individual soldier through the headquarters level.

TACLAN is the tactical equivalent of the SOF C4I Automation System (C4IAS) and a critical part of the SOF Information Enterprise (SIE). It provides automation infrastructure and common user applications to interconnect deployed SOF headquarters, main operating locations, tactical teams, and liaison elements. Functioning as an interface between the SOF warfighter and the Global Information Grid, TACLAN provides seamless, interoperable networks for the smallest team through a Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) headquarters, facilitating responsive knowledge-based decisions.
Over the past 10 years, iGov facilitated USSOCOM’s ability to optimize the delivery, performance, and maintenance of the entire TACLAN Family of Systems in all operational environments.

MCEN-ESS serves as the core infrastructure for hosting user-facing enterprise services such as messaging, file sharing, identity & access management, directory, and domain services. The ESS provides the redundant, centralized hosting of the root forest domain, domain naming services, enterprise support tools, and their database services.
iGov standardized the architecture for each scalable installation and six sizes of stacks. We enabled the migration of existing data from the legacy hardware to these new platforms and upgraded the software to support the MCEN security architecture.
iGov's TCWS 2.0 Virtual Hosting Platform (TCWS 2.0 VHP) is a man-portable tactical collaborative system that provide portal, synchronous, and asynchronous collaboration capabilities to support the warfighter in any environment. It consists of virtualized hosting and software platforms and segmented physical hardware and virtualized software platforms. Our solution produced a significantly smaller, more operator-friendly expeditionary platform than pre-existing systems.
The capabilities provided by TCWS allow the warfighter to deploy, manage, and maintain tactical and collaborative services.
iGov received, transported, and refitted two government-furnished video surveillance platforms. Working closely with the contracting officer’s technical representative, we provided design drawings, as built drawings, and audio & video wiring schematics. We also upgraded all of the surveillance systems, delivering on time and below budget.
iGov provided the design and end-to-end system integration of configurable suites that receive audio and video data from input devices. We ensured that the platform was designed ergonomically, keeping the comfort of the users in mind.
iGov designed, developed, and deployed a cutting edge IP mesh node system of 30 Cobham robust IP mesh networking wireless radios and antennas. When connected and combined with a wireless mesh system, the radios and antennas provided connectivity for 8 additional radios, wireless cameras, and infrared systems, all on a single frequency.
The iGov solution allowed for operation of multiple interconnected, self-healing meshes in the same area. It provided composite video and audio options in addition to web browser mapping software.
iGov is a Prime contract holder on JSOC C4. This $48 million, multi-award contract supports the C4 support services requirement for JSOC at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Our best value/low risk solutions can operate in austere environments to independently support the customer's no-fail mission needs.
iGov has a program manager in nearby Fayetteville, North Carolina, to manage program cost, schedule & performance and respond to JSOC leaders. In April 2015, we successfully completed a NetApp and Cisco “rack and stack” for JSOC J-6. We provided personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to rack and stack the network hardware, performing all tasks on time and receiving a “First-Time Go.”
iGov gives the DoD and Federal civilian agencies immediate access to the solutions necessary for existing and future ISR requirements. The SPAWAR ISR MAC allows agencies access to volume discounts on an array of advanced solutions. The result is lower costs and streamlined procurement for the agencies and improved situational awareness and decision making for the customer.
iGov delivers speed to capability by helping agencies evaluate, procure, implement, and support a wide variety of turnkey solutions that improve integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities.
