Contract Scope:

To provide world-class professional support services for all NAVSEA PEOs, Directorates, and field activities, in response to task orders issued under this contract by NavSea, NavAir, SPAWAR, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, ONR, and the United States Marine Corps. Services potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices, as well as provide professional support services to the Navy and Marine Corps. Additionally, activities may provide limited support under this contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission.

The iGov Program Management Office (PMO) operates under the procedures in the iGov Quality Management System (QMS). Our ISO 9001:2015 registered systems are audited/accredited annually for adherence to ISO requirement quality standards. Quality Assurance (QA) ensures employees follow the appropriate processes to improve the quality of the team's efforts in performing services or developing products. Our corporate resources support the development of all Quality Assurance Program Plans (iGov PROC 79). The QA lead is responsible to the iGov Team Program Manager (PM). This enhances the PM's insight and oversight of the system integration activities. QA plans also address the processes followed to conduct QA audits on the work being performed by the subcontractors. This structure helps the iGov team ensure that products and services are compliant with meeting or exceeding the service specifications, Statement of Work requirements, and customer expectations.
